At casin, you can use our store space as a photo and video shooting studio, utilizing the furniture and miscellaneous goods within the store.

Price

Half day: ¥55,000 (tax included)

Full day: ¥110,000 (tax included)

Half day: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Full day: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

(This includes the time from搬入 start to complete withdrawal.)

The usage fee must be paid by bank transfer or credit card two days before the usage date.

If you wish to pay by credit card, we will send you payment information via email.

If payment is not confirmed two days prior, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Please bear the bank transfer fees.

If canceled on the day of or the day before, the full usage fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Space for 4-5 passenger cars

This is not a dedicated photography studio, so equipment is not permanently stocked.

Also, there are limitations on power capacity. (Standard 100V household outlets)

Front room: Area 56㎡, Ceiling height 2580mm

Back room: Area 63㎡, Ceiling height 3500mm

If you wish to do a location scout, please send your desired date via the inquiry form.

Available days for location scouting: Monday - Saturday. Available hours: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Please note that we may refuse certain types of shoots depending on the content.
Transfer of usage rights to anyone other than the applicant and subletting are prohibited. Use for purposes other than those stated at the time of application is also prohibited.
Please refrain from filming that produces loud noises.
When entering and exiting the building, please avoid disturbing neighbors with cell phone conversations, loud talking, car music, idling, etc.
Please do not enter behind the counter.
The premises may be unattended on the day of the shoot.
The use of duct tape, nails, screws, etc., on walls, ceilings, floors, and within the space is prohibited.
Shoots involving pets or other animals require prior confirmation.
Please take responsibility for returning any moved furniture or fixtures to their original positions.
Do not place drinks or food on products (e.g., tables).
Please take all trash generated during your use with you.
Fires are strictly prohibited inside the building, and smoking is not allowed.
For any fires, thefts, damage or defacement to the building and fixtures, damage or defacement to equipment, or personal injuries occurring inside or outside the building during use, regardless of the cause, the user shall be held responsible, and neither our store nor the building owner shall bear any liability. Please be advised.
In the event of damage or defacement to the building or fixtures, you will be responsible for repair costs.
