A late fee of 5% per day will be charged for overdue returns.

Usage Guide

  • All products for sale are generally available for rent.
  • If you wish to purchase a product after renting it, you can do so with a discount equivalent to the rental fee paid.
  • Reservations for desired products can be made up to one week before your desired usage date.
  • First-time users will be asked to present a valid form of identification.
  • Pickup and return of products are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for providing their own packing materials for pickup and ensuring products are packed securely to prevent damage during transport and return.
  • Products that can be shipped can be sent at an additional shipping cost.
  • Pickup and return are generally requested in the morning.

Important Notes

  • All rental products are also for sale. Please handle them with care.
  • Please note that we may decline rental requests depending on the purpose of use.
  • Due to scheduling conflicts, there may be days when we are unable to accommodate pickup or return.

Payment

  • Payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card two days prior to the rental date.
  • For credit card payments, we will send you payment information via email.
  • If payment is not confirmed two days prior, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees.

In Case of Product Damage or Loss

  • In the event of damage or soiling, repair costs will be charged in addition to the rental fee.
  • In the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, you will be charged 100% of the product's retail price.
